Carolyn Barr, Vice President – Service Delivery & Technical Support Center
Carolyn has enjoyed a 30 year career in telecommunications having held various management positions with AT&T, MCI, and most recently, WV Fibernet. Her background in both sales and supporting technologies serves her well as she has managed many high-profile accounts including Federal Government, Department of Labor, Army Corps of Engineers and other government agencies.

At Citynet, Carolyn is responsible for the day-to-day sales support activities which includes extensive hands on with customers, our sales force, and manages the members of her department. Her responsibilities also include training of new employees, working with senior management on promotions, corporate campaigns and the development of sales materials. She is very active in her community and is an active member of several non-profit organizations for the Arts. Carolyn is based in Charleston, WV.
