Official ARIN Policies Request IP Addresses Please read our IP Addressing Policy prior to filling out your request. All requests are subject to the guidelines and rules listed there. Assignments Assignments are for the end users of an address block. Most corporate customers, individuals, and service providers that only offer only web hosting services fall under this category. Allocations Allocations are for customers that will further reassign address to other organizations. Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that offer Internet access and co-location services are the main consumers of allocations. ISPs that have been allocated address blocks will be required to assign or allocate smaller blocks to their customers. Please specify the appropriate address request option from the selections below. New Customers If you are a new customer to Time Warner Telecom you would use these forms to request IP space.
Existing Customers This is for existing Citynet customers who wish to request additional IP addresses but do not fit the Service Change option below.
Existing Customers - Service Change This is the form you should fill out if a service change you are making requires a renumbering of your network or you are adding additional Time Warner services that require separate IPs from your existing connection.
